Daddy’s Smoke House smoked USDA beef brisket is handcrafted with love and passion to produce authentic Texas style melt in the mouth goodness. The process starts with the finest never frozen USDA Prime beef sourced from the best farms that the USA has to offer. We apply Daddy's secret blend of spices, followed by our proprietary method of slow and low temperature smoking over a unique blend of woods for 12-14 hours to give it the signature taste, smell and tenderness that can only be found at Daddy’s Smoke House.
